User Agreement

Welcome to Revi CID, a real estate consulting company providing software subscriptions to help you find real estate properties for investment. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Revi CID, governing your access and use of our software. By using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using our software.

  1. Definitions

    1. "Software" refers to the software provided by Revi CID, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements.
    2. "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity who accesses or uses the Software.
    3. "Service" refers to the Software and any related services or support provided by Revi CID.
    4. "Subscription" refers to the access and use of the Software for a specified period of time in exchange for payment.
  2. Subscription Terms

    1. Subscription: By purchasing a subscription, you are granted access to use the Software for the specified period of time. The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the subscription period.
    2. Payment: You agree to pay the subscription fee in advance. Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Revi CID.
    3. Account: You will create an account with Revi CID to access the Software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
    4. Restrictions: You may not share, sell, license, or transfer your subscription or access to the Software to any third party. You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3. Use of Software

    1. License: Revi CID grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business use only.
    2. Ownership: Revi CID retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
    3. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Software or any part of it.
    4. Support: Revi CID may provide support services related to the Software as part of the Subscription. Revi CID is not obligated to provide any support or maintenance services beyond what is included in the Subscription.
  4. Intellectual Property

    1. The Service, including all software, technology, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content of Revi CID, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Revi CID and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including intellectual property rights.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties

    1. Revi CID makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
    2. Revi CID does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption.
    3. You assume all risks associated with the use of the Software.
  6. Limitation of Liability

    1. In no event shall Revi CID be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or this Agreement, even if Revi CID has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    2. Revi CID's total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Subscription.
  7. Indemnification

    1. You agree to indemnify and hold Revi CID, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, content providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Software or violation of this Agreement.
  8. Other

    1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Revi CID and supersedes any prior agreements.
    2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revi CID is located.
    3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
    4. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    5. Revi CID may modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software after any modification indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Software.
