Software Development Engineer

Unpaid Educational Internship • Part-time.Remote / Hybrid

In this supervised educational internship, you will learn software development for land development intelligence through guided projects, mentoring, feedback, and observation.

What you will learn

•Learn modern web development practices through supervised projects
•Observe and practice API, database, and integration concepts with mentor guidance
•Receive structured feedback on code quality, collaboration, and problem-solving
•Participate in mentoring sessions and technical walkthroughs
•Build foundational skills in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Git, and related tools

Ideal background

•Interest in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js)
•Familiarity with APIs, databases, or version control (Git) is helpful
•Curiosity and comfort learning new technologies with guidance
•Clear written and verbal communication in English
•Bonus: interest in cloud (AWS), UI/UX, or real estate / PropTech

Marketing & Sales Lead

Unpaid Educational Internship • Part-time.Remote / Hybrid

In this supervised educational internship, you will learn go-to-market fundamentals for land development intelligence through guided projects, mentoring, feedback, and observation.

What you will learn

•Learn marketing and customer-communication concepts through supervised projects
•Observe how messaging and positioning are developed for PropTech products
•Receive structured feedback on written communication and presentation skills
•Participate in mentoring sessions focused on B2B marketing fundamentals
•Explore industry context in real estate, land acquisition, and homebuilding

Ideal background

•Interest in B2B marketing or go-to-market learning, ideally SaaS or PropTech
•Willingness to learn communication and relationship-building skills with guidance
•Strong written communication and presentation potential
•Organized, curious, and comfortable in a learning-focused environment
•Bonus: interest in real estate, land acquisition, or homebuilding

These internships do not replace paid employees, are limited to the educational training period, and do not guarantee a paid position afterward.
